Even when our offices are closed, Delta Dental's online Benefits Connection is ready to serve you all day, every day, even on weekends and holidays. Full Story
Submitting Claim Forms
When submitting a claim, please remember that all areas on the claim form must be completed, including updated address information. Missing or inaccurate data will cause a delay in claims processing. The most frequent errors occur on patient name (use of nicknames or shortened names), date of birth and ID (Social Security) number. Full Story
