Are You Moving this Summer?

Please make sure that Delta Dental has your current address. Here are some ways to keep your address up to date with us:

• Make sure your dentist has your current address. Delta Dental uses the address submitted by your dentist on your most recent claim form.

• Make sure your employer has your current address. Some client groups supply us with employee addresses and address updates.

• Update your address through "Benefits Connection." Go to www.deltadentalnj.com, click "Subscribers" and click on the "Change of Address" link from the left navigation bar.
