Connection is the fastest, easiest way to check on
benefits and claims information.
You know that it's available 24
hours a day, seven days a week.
You know that all the information
you need is readily accessible, right at your
fingertips, whenever you want it.
What you don't know is your
password.
Don't panic. Instead, go to
www.deltadentalnj.com, click "Subscribers,"
then "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the
Benefits Connection Logon screen. Just follow the
instructions. Your password will be e-mailed to you and
you'll be checking your benefits online in no time!
