Delta Dental takes customer
service seriously. As part of that commitment, each year
we commission an independent market-research firm to
conduct a survey of subscribers and benefits managers to
measure our performance. Our
fall 2002 customer satisfaction survey will soon be
under way. Brownstone Information Resources will be
administering the survey to a random sampling of
subscribers. If you are contacted by Brownstone to
participate, please complete the questionnaire and
return it to Brownstone as soon as possible. Your
feedback is critically important to us. Survey
