You can manage many aspects of your family's oral health care by going to Delta Dental's Web site at www.deltadentalnj.com. Here's a glimpse at some of the things you can do:
Find a dentist
More than three out of four dentists nationwide are part of the Delta Dental network. To find a participating dentist, click "Find a Dentist" on the left navigation bar. The system makes it easy to find dentists conveniently located near your home or workplace. It provides the address and phone number of the dental office, and in many cases even provides directions.
Check your benefits and claims status
Benefits Connection makes it possible to see what services your Delta Dental program covers, and what benefits you and family members have used to date. This information is particularly useful when you and your dentist are considering treatment plans and options. Benefits Connection also enables you to see whether claims have been adjudicated, and the amounts paid.
Benefits Connection is password protected and secure. To register for Benefits Connection, click "Subscribers" and "Register Now" in the Benefits Connection Logon box.
If you are a previous Benefits Connection user and stopped using because you forgot your password, click "Forgot Password?" in the Benefits Connection Logon box.
Sign our Guestbook
One way to stay current about Delta Dental programs and developments is by signing our online Guestbook. The Guestbook enables you to automatically receive information about areas that you specify whenever it becomes available. Guestbook categories include: Benefits and services for subscribers; Captain Supertooth (the "caped crusader of oral health" who visits schools during Children's Dental Health Month); P.A.N.D.A. (Delta Dental's program to help educate dental professionals and others about identifying child abuse); and more. To sign our Guestbook, click "Guestbook" on the left navigation bar.
Find information on oral health and wellness
Our Web site connects you to information that may help answer many of your questions about your family's oral health. It includes:
-
Explanations of the different dental specialties
-
A dictionary of various dental terms
-
Information on dental issues affecting everyone from children to senior citizens, including preventive care, what to do in an emergency, and much more.
To access this, click "Our Company" on the left navigation bar, then "Oral Health Info."
