Forgotten Your Benefits Connection Password?

If you stopped using Benefits Connection because you can't find your password, don't despair. Chances are excellent that you'll be soon be using Benefits Connection to check on your family's benefits, eligibility and claims, if you follow these steps:

  • Go to www.deltadentalnj.com and click "Subscribers."

  • Click "Forgot Password" at the bottom of the Benefits Connection Logon box.

  • Select "Subscriber" and click "Continue."

  • Enter User Name (your seven to ten-character identifier that you selected when you registered the first time, such as "susanna," "ericlee," "janedoe"). If you've forgotten your User Name, please call Concurrent Technologies' Help Desk at (888) 783-5750. To prevent unauthorized users from getting access to your information, Concurrent Technologies will ask a series of questions that you must answer successfully in order to get your User ID.

  • Enter your nine-digit ID Number (usually your Social Security number; enter it without hyphens; click "Continue."

  • Answer your security question. The question that you selected at registration will automatically appear on the screen. Type in your one-word answer and click "Continue."

In most cases, you will see a message stating that your password has been sent to the e-mail address you provided at online registration. If you entered an incorrect User Name, ID Number or answer to the security question, you will be advised to contact Concurrent Technologies' Help Desk at (888) 783-5750.
