that you can search for participating dentists using our
Web site. No passwords are required. All you need to do
is go to www.deltadentalnj.com and click "Find a
Dentist" on the left side of the screen. For more

students, you must provide Delta Dental with proof of
their student status when they submit their first claim
of the school year. You can do this by completing our
Student Documentation Verification Form. For more on
