Subscribers Give Delta Dental High Ratings in Survey

A recent survey of Delta Dental of New Jersey subscribers found that more than 9 in 10 are overall with their dental benefits program.

Delta Dental's satisfaction rates are significantly better than the national average. According to another survey, conducted by Wilson Health Information LLC, and reported in the February 2006 issue of Managed Dental Care, 71% of people with dental benefits nationwide are "satisfied" or "very satisfied" with their dental coverage. At Delta Dental, 83% of subscribers are "satisfied" or "very satisfied."

Brownstone Information Resources of Morristown, New Jersey, an independent research firm, conducted the Delta Dental survey in the fall 2005.
