Tips for Contacting Customer Service

Best times to call Customer Service:  The best times are early morning, or anytime on Wednesday and Friday. Delta Dental's Customer Service call center hours are from 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday.

Getting eligibility and benefits anytime of day or night: You can receive automated answers to most eligibility and benefits questions 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our online Benefits Connection (www.deltadentalnj.com; click "Members"). Or, you may call our automated voice response system at (800) 452-9310, or the toll-free number assigned to your group.
