Aunt Matilda isn't the only one who needs your current address. Delta Dental does, too. Please make sure to notify us whenever you move.
You can change your address by:

Writing to our Correspondence Department. Address your letter to: Delta Dental of New Jersey, Attn: Correspondence Department, P.O. Box 222, Parsippany, NJ 07054. Please include your new address and sign the letter.

Notifying us online via Benefits Connection. Visit our Web site at www.deltadentalnj.com; click "Members" and log onto Benefits Connection. Click on the "Change of Address" link in the "Forms" section on the left navigation bar. Follow the prompts. First-time users may register by clicking on the "Register Now" link in the Benefits Connection logon box and following the prompts.
You may also file a change of address with the U.S. Postal Service. Delta Dental accepts address changes when we are notified by the U.S. Postal Service.
Please note that we do not always receive address changes from employers.
