Membership in Delta Dental Patient Direct can be the
perfect gift for your loved ones in New Jersey without
dental insurance.
Delta Dental
Patient Direct is a dental membership program. Members
gain access to New Jersey dentists who limit their fees
to those in the Delta Dental Patient Direct fee
schedule. Patient Direct members pay the same negotiated
fees as we pay our Delta Dental PPO dentists. This is
usually less than what uninsured patients pay.
Membership is
$66 for individuals and $96 for families.
The Patient
Direct program encourages people without dental
insurance take charge of their oral health and visit
their dentist regularly. Routine care helps prevent
serious dental problems, and can contribute to overall
health, as well.
