New Tool Helps Assess Your Oral Health Risks

We understand that dental health is important to you and your family. With that in mind, Delta Dental of New Jersey has developed a quick, easy-to-use risk assessment tool. This tool will help assess risk for dental disease and provides you an opportunity to discuss a personal treatment plan with your dentist.

The tool consists of nine brief statements. If you answer yes to any one of these statements, you may be at an increased risk for dental disease.

The tool also explains how these risks may impact oral health, and what can be done to mitigate these risks.
